Terms & Conditions for UVTR Academy

1. Introduction
Welcome to UVTR Academy. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform.

2. User Accounts
To access our courses and services, you must create an account. There are two types of accounts:

2.1 Student Account

• To open a Student Account, you must provide the following information:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Username
  • Email
  • Password
• You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
• You must keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2.2 Instructor Registration

• Instructors must also provide the same information as Student Accounts during registration.
• Additional verification or documentation may be required for instructors.

3. Course Enrollment

• Users can only enroll in courses if they have a registered account on UVTR Academy.
• Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment for the selected course.
• Course fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

4. Payments

• All payments for courses must be made through the payment methods specified on our platform.
• You agree to provide accurate billing information and comply with the terms of the selected payment method.

5. Use of Content

• All course materials, including videos, documents, and other resources, are the intellectual property of UVTR Academy or the respective instructors.
• You are granted a non-transferable license to access and view the course materials for personal, educational purposes only.
• Reproduction, redistribution, or sharing of course materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Account Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
• UVTR Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

7. Privacy

• Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By creating an account, you consent to our use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Activities Users are prohibited from:

• Sharing their account credentials with others.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform’s functionality.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• UVTR Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• UVTR Academy is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform or courses.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
